Hi, I am Mayra.
My work is informed by years of study and lived integration of ancient and contemporary wisdom traditions, blending esoteric teachings and modern understandings of consciousness, energy, and reality. This is deeply rooted my Rosicrucian lineage as well as Hermeticism, among other forms of mysticism.
My training encompasses Reiki, somatic breathwork, facilitation, microcurrent therapy, sound healing, emotional intelligence, and mindset work. I also draw upon tools such as numerology, astrology, and human design to create a nuanced understanding of the energetic dynamics present in any situation. I lead integration classes at a ketamine therapy clinic, including weekly meditation sessions and group sound healings. Through my practice, I have supported individuals in breaking deep-seated patterns and transforming relational dynamics previously thought unchangeable.
